Albert Pinto

ALBERT PINTO is a Spanish filmmaker based in Madrid. His debut feature was horror MALASANA 32 for Atresmedia/Bambu Producciones/Warners. He followed this up with survival thriller NOWHERE; Netflix’s most viewed non-English language feature in 2023. He has just completed principal photography on BARREN LAND, a thriller for Sony/Amazon. In TV, he was most recently lead director/EP on BERLIN, the spin-off to MONEY HEIST. Albert previously directed episodes of the original show as well as SKY ROJO; all of which were for Netflix.
