Emma Miranda Moore

Emma’s work explores the idea of human connection. She is fascinated by using genre conventions to access stories and enjoys using elements of humour to underpin her dramatic narratives. Her short film work includes RUN starring Maddy Hill (Flickerfest - nominated Best Short Film, London Short Film Festival, Raindance), JACKSON, starring Lauren Corah (Hollyshorts, MANIFF, Underwire - nominated Best Actor) and LIT, a microshort which won Depict at Encounters and One Minute Heartache at Raindance. She recently completed THAT NIGHT, a short film that explores delicate masculinity through a female lens. It stars Ebenezer Gyau (Dear England, County Lines) and Jamie Flatters (Avatar, Black Dog) and recently launched on the festival circuit. Emma is also an experienced commercials director, with Greenroom Films.
