Holly Race Roughan

Holly is the Artistic Director of Headlong; the award winning touring company best known for People, Places & Things, Best of Enemies, 1984 and Enron. Prior roles include Associate Artistic Director at Headlong and Associate Director at Kestrel; a theatre company that works in the criminal justice system. Holly specialises in new writing and reimagined classics. She has directed in the US and throughout the UK, and for screen with the BBC.

Holly also made the Stage 100 in 2024’s list in recognition of her exceptional work as Artistic Director of Headlong.
