Inez Gordon

Inez is a freelance script editor and TV producer with a focus on comedy and comedy drama. Her most recent in-house role was providing maternity cover at Roughcut, and before that she was at BBC Comedy for five years having moved over from BBC Three's Online team. At BBC Comedy, she produced Gbemisola Ikumelo's 2020 Best Short Programme BAFTA-winning pilot BRAIN IN GEAR, which has since been commissioned for a series by BBC2, and before that she was assistant producer on the first two series of BAFTA-winning THIS COUNTRY (Daisy May Cooper & Charlie Cooper) and on series 2 and 3 of sitcom JOSH (Josh Widdecombe). In 2017 Inez was selected to be on the BBC Media Talent Hotlist and in 2019 she was an Edinburgh TV Festival Ones To Watch Delegate. Inez is a graduate of the BBC's renowned Production Trainee Scheme, where she gained experience of working around the broadcaster including on Woman's Hour and on The Film Show. She is currently working with filmmaker Raine Allen-Miller (RYE LANE) on a feature film script with DJ Films.
