Maisie Parker

Maisie Parker is a talented screenwriter and script editor specialising in comedy and drama.

Most recently, Maisie was a staff writer on the upcoming third series of Tony McNamara’s THE GREAT. Maisie was also recently part of a writers’ room for a historical comedy drama series for Lorton Entertainment, has been working with Blink Industries and Pia Pressure on a second historical series, and served as Script Coordinator on the upcoming war drama miniseries MASTERS OF THE AIR for HBO. Prior to this, Maisie was script coordinator on the second series of THE GREAT, as well as on Vicky Jones and Phoebe Waller-Bridge’s RUN for HBO and Sky, and started out in the industry after graduating with a first class honours degree in Screenwriting from Bournemouth University (where she was awarded a comedy writing fellowship) by assisting the writing team on the first series of Armando Iannucci’s AVENUE 5 for HBO& and Sky, where she contributed original material alongside the staff of Emmy award-winning writers.

As a creator, Maisie has her own original sci-fi series in development with Protagonist Pictures and Pia Pressure.
