Simon Brett

Simon Brett is a brilliant novelist and writer of television, radio and film. He is the author responsible for the Charles Paris, Mrs Pargeter, Fethering and Blotto & Twinks series of crime novels. In 2016, he was awarded an OBE in the New Year’s Honours for his services to literature. In the same year he was also elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature. In 2014 he was presented with The CWA Diamond Dogger, one of the highest accolades in crime writing.

His film credits include DEAD ROMANTIC for the BBC starring Janet McTeer and SHOCK TO THE SYSTEM, starring Michael Caine. Simon wrote the much-loved television comedy series AFTER HENRY, and the BBC Radio 4 drama NO COMMITMENTS.
