Stephanie is an experienced and assured screenwriter and producer. She adapted bestselling author Kate Atkinson’s TRANSCRIPTION for Sunny March/BBC and Steve Knight’s film script RFK about Bobby Kennedy into a TV pilot for SunnyMarch, with Edward Berger attached to direct. She was also commissioned to adapt the novel BLOOD ORANGE for Quibi/World. She is currently working on THE FIRST for MGM, and on a couple of series based on true stories: one for Brillstein Creative and the other, MOTH CLUB, in development with MindsEye/Anyway Productions/BBC Studios, with Ben Taylor attached to direct. Stephanie has incredible range for a writer – she is writing projects that cover a myriad of genres and has a growing army of fans in the UK.
Stephanie is also Company Director of Erebus Pictures, which received a BFI Vision Award in 2020. Erebus’s slate mixes commercial fare with indie debuts. Having produced several short films with Erebus, Stephanie produced their first feature, KLOKKENLUIDER, directed by Neil Maskell and starring Tom Burke and Jenna Coleman, which premiered at the London Film Festival last year, and has gone on to produce BONUS TRACK and HOARD, which premiered at this year’s LFF.
